orchids

It was my mom who shared the love of flowers, my husband who gave me a love of orchids, and contemporary photo history that made me want to photograph them.  I've almost forgotten how much I love being in the studio quietly photographing simple things :)  It makes me happy!

baby girl!

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of taking Madeleine's first baby photos!  She was just a tiny little girl, with a cute button nose.  For the short amount of happy time we had, we captured  a lot of cute moments.  See her fun baby announcement below :)

Meg was the cutest bride I've ever photographed, wearing a dress sewn by her mom!  We photographed her bridals downtown, and they turned out gorgeous.  Below are some of my favs.

Historic Sandy

I love photographing people and their pets.  They always seem to be so easy going.  Mesa was a sweet pup who wanted all the attention.  We photographed in the studio, and then discovered some fun historic buildings near by.  

Puppy eyes

This is our newest little dog, Nora.  She loves to come sit in the studio as I set up the lights.  So I caught this pic in a mini Nora photo session.
