It looks like Mini Cupcakes has opened a new location in Sugarhouse :) I made an impulse stop while driving by the other day...Here's a pic of one of the cupcakes I picked up, and they were delicious. I think they would be fun to have cater a wedding in place of wedding cake... So in an effort to buy local first, check out http://www.mini-cupcakes.com/!
